My fingertips suggest I may have been recently jailed, alas, I've only been crafting again. A mere 351 felt rosettes later and...Voilà!
Tonight we spring forward, the yearly concession for better weather, and lose a beloved hour of sleep. My one Sunday of excusable tardiness at church. Oh, dear me.
I was pleased with how my first attempt turned out. The bold color against the stark door is refreshing and energetic. As I overestimated the required amount of felt I will no doubt be utilizing this technique on accessories as well as soon as my sausage fingers have recovered.

It was so easy. I just followed the tutorial I linked on my 11 March post, a site called Domestifluff. Love the easy concept and how it can be easily modified for the myriad of possibilities.
